Cycle & Carriage (C&C) recently marked another milestone in its partnership with Stellantis Malaysia with the opening of the Leapmotor Cycle & Carriage Johor Bahru 3S Centre, reinforcing its commitment to making the Leapmotor ownership experience more accessible to customers in Southern Malaysia. Strategically located in Kempas, the new facility strengthens Cycle & Carriage's growing retail and aftersales network as the sixth Leapmotor Cycle & Carriage branch nationwide while bringing its promise of Exceptional Journeys to one of the country's fastest-growing automotive markets through a fully integrated Sales, Service and Spare Parts (3S) experience.
Purposefully designed as more than just a retail outlet, the Leapmotor Cycle & Carriage Johor Bahru 3S Centre supports customers throughout every stage of their ownership journey, from discovering Leapmotor's innovative electric vehicle lineup to receiving trusted aftersales care long after vehicle delivery.
Occupying approximately 3,783 square metres of land with a 10,000-square-foot built-up area, the one-storey detached facility combines a contemporary showroom and aftersales workshop on the ground floor, complemented by a mezzanine level dedicated to operational offices. The showroom accommodates up to four display vehicles, while dedicated customer consultation areas and a private vehicle delivery room have been incorporated to provide a personalised purchasing and handover experience that reflects the premium standards synonymous with the Cycle & Carriage brand.
Extending beyond the showroom, the centre's aftersales facility is equipped with four service and workshop bays, car wash bays and a dedicated detailing centre. The facility enables efficient vehicle servicing and maintenance, reinforcing Cycle & Carriage's expertise and pioneer experience in delivering an ownership experience and automotive after sales defined by quality, and a holistic understanding of its customer base.

Leapmotor Cycle & Carriage Johor Bahru 3S showroom is open from 8am - 6pm, Mondays to Saturdays; and 11am - 5pm on Sundays and public holidays. The service centre is open 8am - 5pm, Mondays to Fridays; 8am - 12pm on Saturdays; and closed on Sundays and public holidays.
